Driven and creative, Spyros Papaspyropoulos is a street photographer from Greece, known for his raw and unfiltered portrayal of life on the streets. As the founder of StreetHunters.net, one of the most respected platforms in the global street photography community, he has spent over a decade curating, critiquing, and celebrating the art of candid photography.

Spyros is based in Athens, Greece, a city he considers one of the most inspiring places to shoot street photography. He strongly believes in the freedom to photograph anything in the public domain and enjoys pushing boundaries, experimenting, and breaking conventional rules. His photographic style is deeply rooted in authenticity, capturing spontaneous moments with a distinct visual approach.

Beyond his own photography, Spyros has played a key role in supporting and promoting the international street photography scene. He was the co-founder of the Athens Phos Street Photography Festival, organising its first two editions. He was also a key figure in the Sophia Phos Street Photography Festival and the Bucharest Street Photography Festival, where he actively participated in organising photowalks, lectures, and workshops, as well as serving as a judge. His hands-on involvement in these events has helped foster a strong community of street photographers.
